Complaints on leather bottle pouch

A note to all the people complaining about lines and scratches on the leather pouches apparently you know nothing about distressed leather it’s an easy fix and normal while using it

It’s a good product, but I’m giving it two stars for deep scratches on the leather and the packaging is not appropriate. The product was basically wadded up in a ball inside a plastic sleeve and I’m still trying to get it shaped, because of the deep creases that it created. The deep scratches will never come out. It appears the manufacturer doesn’t care about how they package it and that’s plain wrong. I think as a supplier you should push back. I also think that if you’re unable to make a pre-ship order date, you should at least let the customer know, instead of waiting over a week late, and then just shipping. Communication with customers is good business. Sending damaged, wadded up carriers late is not good business.
