This is the second bottle I’ve bought from you because I was so impressed with the first one . My hands no longer ache from work and using them . So I wanted to make sure I got another one just in case something happened to the first one

great bottle, great customer service

We ordered 2 bottles, hammered and journey. Both arrived beautiful but journey had a crack in the bottom which made it leak. I'm assuming from the hammering process. But he responded to me quickly and replaced it for us. Things happen sometimes, it's fixing it with customer service that makes a great company.

Love the bottle, super pretty and came with all the info you need to maintain it. Customer service is also quick to respond to anything you need. I’ve also never gotten so many compliments on a water bottle until I got this one!
