Butter Bean White Miso

Mild but rich flavor

This miso is delicious on its own, but also gives such rounded flavor and depth as a base for sauces and salad dressings. We love this miso mixed into Poke sauce.

That butter bean miso is so yum!

Used this miso in a no cheese pesto of cilantro, parsley, dill and pistachios plus of course EVOO. It’s a bit magical how the flavor just was there in the background making for a great pesto on fish. Also, smeared on a toasted piece of sourdough was quite the treat!
