Butter Bean White Miso

That butter bean miso is so yum!

Used this miso in a no cheese pesto of cilantro, parsley, dill and pistachios plus of course EVOO. It’s a bit magical how the flavor just was there in the background making for a great pesto on fish. Also, smeared on a toasted piece of sourdough was quite the treat!

I wasn't sure if I actually liked miso but this was awesome. Very flavorful and not as salty as I expected. I will definitely buy it again when this jar is empty.

Subtle, sweet, mild, and delicious

The butter bean taste really shines through. It’s my favorite. I love this in miso-maple glazed Tokyo turnips, especially.
