Platinum Package 24"

The platinum package is not working well for my grill station. The overhead shelves interfere with my line cooks when they are making pancakes and even when turning omelets and eggs. Additionally, the side shelf for oil is positioned too high, and as a result, they prefer not to use it. At this time, the only item we are using from the platinum package is the backsplash. Had I known this in advance, I would have purchased only the backsplash instead of investing in the full platinum package, especially since the additional components remain unused in their original packaging. I would like to know if it is possible to return the unused items and receive a credit for them?

Top purchase for the food truck. Makes everything so much more organized and efficient.
