Right out of the box, the knives and butcher block were shipped in pristine shipping packages custom cut for each item. The packaging itself was of the highest quality. Next, after only a cursory review, the knives are impeccable. The detail, e.g., laser etching, balance, craftsmanship, overall condition, and sharpness, were noticeably on another level of quality. Lastly, we purchased the knives after closely monitoring prices for six months or better. During the last few days before Christmas, the prices dropped, all but demanding our patronage. That said, we had no expectations to receive the items before Christmas, however, Dalstrong used every advantage it had and secured a relatively new shipping method and delivered the items on Christmas Eve. I have nothing short of the highest remarks for the knives and the company. Respectfully, Robert B.
