Reasonably good flavor but the portions are tiny and you would need two packets to make a meal
Based on my experience with 10+ different “meals” or more accurately half meals I would say you are better off getting the standard Kitchen of India or tast y bite packages as they are as flavorful and a better value
Also I find the dehydrated dals sometimes don’t properly re hydrate
But based on the several I have tried I would this is the best one at Tiffin
