I usually wear shorts w boxer brief style liners but made the switch and love these 3” lief shorts: ultralight, great colors, and comfortable. Great for speed work on the track, daily mileage, and all day trail runs. Only downside is no phone pocket but I usually wear a belt or running vest so no loss. 100% would recommend and will buy another pair.
