Wore these on an 8 mile run in the heat, even after lots of sweat there was still no signs of chaffing. I will be getting another pair.

Great liners, would love a phone pocket on the leg

I almost forget these are there, which is what you want! The only thing I would change would be to add the option for a thigh pocket to carry a phone. I have several pairs of 2 in 1 shorts with this feature and I love it. If these liners had that feature, I would buy 10 pair and cut the liners out of all my shorts.
