I am extremely dissatisfied with the order process!!! When I ordered the glasses there was no mention that they were back ordered and not available. I paid for express shipping and waited and waited for my order to show. After many days, I reached out to find the status of my order and only then did I find out they were not avaialble. So Kiaura not only let me ask for expedited shipping, they also took my order money even though the product was not even available. When I finally received the order after weeks, I reached out to ask for a refund of the expedited shipping fee. The response from Bernadette at Kiaura sales support (and I bet Bernadette is an AI Bot) was when they finally got the glasses in stocks after weeks they shipped them express, so no refund. They should have made me aware that the glasses were not available when I placed my order, should not have taken my money until the glasses were available and should have not charged for 3 day shipping to deliver them in 3 weeks. Don't fall for this like I did. A very dissatisfied customer.

I could not in good faith recommend these glasses at this price. The qualities is no different than what you would get at a Beach souvenir store for 1/10 the price. Their protective case appears to be simple cardboard with a pretty picture paste it to it and a microfiber cloth is just a thin piece of scrap cloth. Your customer service may be among the worst trained. You’d be best served buying glasses from somebody else. The price definitely isn’t worth the quality that you actually receive.

Love the look, but they are alittle bigger in head size than the original size in the Lauthner glasses. So they do slide some on my nose.
