Awesome!
This book has information that is deeply helpful, relevant, and validating. I train Crossfit 5x a week and have struggled to find information to help me navigate cuts and bulks while keeping my sanity - especially regarding daily calorie needs. Also deeply thankful for the broader scope of the information, as people may change their types of exercise as they move through life, and there is information to help navigate those changes.
