These work great!

I needed something to help me out a bit when I started lifting heavy enough that my grip was holding me back. These are the perfect amount of help, they are easy to use and don't take up much room in my gym bag.

Good quality

The grips have helped me increase the weight I can lift during dead lifts. They are comfortable and fit well. I measured my wrist prior to ordering but feel I probably could have gone with a smaller size as there is quite a bit of leftover strap.

I am of a certain age. Arthritis is limiting my ability to grip, thus lift. Upon recommendation of my son, I got these sweet Fit Pros. GAME CHANGER. They take some of the pressure off of my hands and allow me to safely push and pull the bar. Plus, they look pretty 😎
