Very informative!
This book answered all my questions surrounding training volume as it relates to hypertrophy. If you’re unsure of how to approach your programming from the volume standpoint, this is certainly the PDF for you, I highly recommend it!

Detailed and Nuanced
I loved the detail and attention that the authors paid to the nuance of different sports, goals, and levels of trainees. I came away with a more thorough understanding of training programming and volume landmarks for a variety of training scenarios, but more importantly for different levels of athletes. Beginners and very advanced lifters may use very similar exercises, but the volumes they require are drastically different and this is something that I had not previously given much thought. Highly recommend this book for anyone who is, or works with, lifters and serious athletes.
