UGC is super easy to work with and makes great products.

Of course it's hard, as a DIYer, to spend good money on the best. But I finally realized I was spending so much time trying to save some dollars, so I went for it, and ordered the Premium. I was amazed at how organized all of the nuts and bolts etc came, in numbered bags. The online instructions thoroughly picture how every part is put together. Then it came with so much I wasn't expecting, including brackets and nuts and bolts for solar panels. If I were to complain about anything, the side rails of the Premium are perhaps heavier than necessary, at 3/16" whereas I think 1/8" would have been plenty.

Great look, all the parts were there and went together perfect.
