Thru Axle Mounting Kit

Total game changer for my eMTB. I put it in the back of my F350, which is high and awkward. Being able to put the axle in the fork and simply place it in the mount, vs. the old way of having to balance the heavy bike and get the axle through.. again, total game changer and exactly what I was hoping for.

I love you mounting system overall. Unfortunately we found that the further you rotate you handle bars, the less stable the bike is on the L track. We had hoped to turn our road bike handle bars 90 degrees so that we could fit them between our other bikes, but the bikes just pitched forward in that position because the front fork is held only by the axle, not the frame. Any suggestions?

I bought 2 fork mounts years ago when I built out my campervan. I changed my layout around and added L track so I ordered the L track mounting kit. They must have changed the design because the holes for the older fork mounts don’t line up with the L track mounting kit. My son had a newer fork mount he wasn’t using anymore and let me have it. The newer fork mount lines up perfectly with the L track mounting kit. Great product and quality, I just wish I knew they didn’t work with the older fork mounts Chris L
