Velit 2000U - 12V/24V/48V Under-Bench Off Grid Air Conditioner

It arrived packaged well , its lighter than our old one , very easy to install , support do respond but the delay because the support is in America is frustrating! As they ship in England would be useful to have support available in the UK , have only tested the install but it appears okay

My bad

So I got my Velit 2000U and installed it. It was great until I accidentally reversed the polarity and let the smoke out of the electronics. I emailed Velit and got good support even though always a day later due to time difference. They helped me through a solution and I am back in business. Great little unit and the support was good. My problem was self induced... ;(

Excellent support

I recieved my under bench 12v Ac and I was immediatley impressed with the rugged construction. I then went to install it and noticed that the wiring harness was missing. I emailed Velit to let them know. I was contacted by phone within a day or so and spoke with a customer service rep. Within 2 days ( during Thanksgiving) I got my new harness and everything was great. Excellent customer service and product. Thank you
