I had amazing customer service from Unaka! I live in Canada and there is no re-seller here so I had the Promaster roof rack brackets sent to a friend who was visiting Texas. USPS couldn't deliver the package for some reason so it was sent back to Unaka. They generally re-shipped my brackets to another location without missing a beat. Great products and great customer service!

I needed a low profile way to mount my solar panels because of the carport my Promaster sits under. These were perfect, I was able to mount lower height 14 gauge unistrut directly onto the Unaka brackets, even used the Unaka bolts! These are well made brackets, good job Unaka.
