I am so happy with this reformer! It arrived the day it was expected and was very easy to put together by myself. Within an hour it was assembled and ready to go. It rides so smooth and qietly and i have lifetime access to the personal hour app which has workouts and care and maintenace videos. Customer service was also incredible through the purchase and shipping process. I would recommend personal hour to anyone!
