The Plush Mat

Lightweight and mostly comfortable, but still not great for prolonged kneeling

I like how lightweight this mat is and that it comes with a band to keep it rolled up. It's perfect for working out on the go. It grips pretty well to hardwood and laminate floors. While it is more cushioned and comfortable than my other Bala Mat (the 5mm Play Mat), I still find prolonged kneeling on it to be uncomfortable because of the ridges in the padding. If I have a cushion, towel or place another mat folded on top, it's a good solution for my knees. The ridges can also be a bit awkward for certain moves where you are putting a lot of pressure on your hands, but I tend to use my Play Mat for classes when I have to plank a lot or keep my body lifted with my hands. I haven't had any issues with stains and it's been easy to clean so far (the black color might help with that.)
