Love the watch, hate the clasp. They really need to update it already. It's not on par with the rest of the watch. The dial and bracelet are great. They use a toolless adjustment clasp on their other watches why not the Fortitude. At least over a clasp to purchase as an upgrade.

Dreaming of your everyday watch?

If someone asks me, what kind of watch would you make? I would tell them I would create this same exact watch that I just bought from A+B. The dimensions, the materials, movement, colors, and design language is all of what I was looking for in an everyday watch. He must have read my mind!! The shipping speed was perfect, package was well protected with bubble wrap. The packaging was done well. The watch came in a zipper leather pouch inside of a branded dust bag in a box. Well crafted leather pouch had the watch, watch tool, and a filled out warranty card. Another nice touch was the hand written thank you card. The watch was pretty easy to size adjust. I had one issue that was bugging me. Some of the screws did not want to screw down. I didn’t want to strip it so I ended up taking more links off and trying different screw bars and it was a bit frustrating. Lastly, I had a small quality issue with the fold over clasp. I contact customer service right away to let them know the issue. They responded VERY quickly and resolved my issue by sending a replacement clasp. The replacement just came in and it was like 3 days. I’m very satisfied with how this was handled. The resolution to the issue, speed of service, and the courteous and prompt response time is 5 stars. I will recommend this brand to friends and family.
