5 Star Watch - 2 Star Customer Service

Great looking field watch and build quality. The watch alone is five stars but the customer service experience to get the watch shipped was very disappointing. I had preordered this watch in January with updates from the team to hav them shipped at the end of April. After multiple email attempts with no response with any updates I was forced to threaten to dispute the charge with my cc company. Only then was the order shipped. I still have not received a response in writing about my inquires just a shipping confirmation email. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Just got my Terra Scout today. Very, very good looking watch with a simple but pleasing face. Love the leather travel pouch and the extra set of bands that were provided with the watch

Fun watch

Great watch, wish it had not taken forever to receive but I understand the circumstances. One con I have with the watch is I didn’t expect the date complication to be so small, it’s really hard to read but definitely a cool design. The buckle on the strap kind of cuts into my wrist a bit due to the sharp angles. All the aside it’s a cool watch.
