This diver is everything i love in a watch … clean dial, no complications, no date .. just three hands to tell me the time. Excellent bracelet, accuracy isn’t what I’d like but close enough … at the price i paid, it’s well worth it.

The Yema Diver, with its Monnin-inspired case and classic skin diver dial, is undeniably a visual stunner. The broad arrow hands, vintage-colored lume, and double-dome sapphire crystal all contribute to an aesthetic that beautifully channels the golden era of dive watches. It sits well on the wrist with its utilitarian yet refined case shape, and the overall vintage appeal is executed with thoughtfulness. However, the real letdown comes with its in-house YEMA2000 movement. While advertised at +/- 10 seconds per day, testing across five positions revealed a far less impressive performance, consistently running around +30 seconds per day—nowhere near its claimed accuracy. For a watch in this price range boasting an in-house caliber, this discrepancy is disappointing. If you’re drawn purely by the design, it’s a great piece, but if precision is a priority, you may find yourself frustrated with its timekeeping reliability.
