Neat Shop - Impressive

Dana is running a pretty impressive organization. I had just completed a renovation of our kitchen and felt that we needed better drawer organization to pull it together. Before finding Dana, I had contacted some contractors I was working with to see if they could create the inserts - all demurred highlighting the challenge in customizing inserts and recognizing that it was a lot of work and a specialized setup was required. I contacted Dana by email on a Saturday afternoon and was very impressed to receive a return phone call in about two minutes (no exaggeration). I explained what I was looking for and he committed to a design for 9 drawers by Monday, a commitment he met. He delivered a very thorough plan which I tweaked and sent back. Dana confirmed the design and started fabrication. Within about 10 days, the inserts were in the mail. We're in Hawaii so the delivery logistics were limited but confirmations were emailed immediately and I was able to track their delivery. The quality (materials, fit, finish, etc.) is wonderful. No accordion-style inserts flopping in the drawers. Everything fit snuggly/perfectly - the quality is that of good furniture. Dana's suggestions were spot-on. I have an insert that allows my little tools to fit neatly into little cubbies made to fit each type of device. Instead of drawers with objects sliding around, I have a place for each item (of which I have many). The flatware drawer is sized to the items we use, along with a very useful "butcher block" for the steak knives. I even have a bonus cubby for chopsticks (who knew I needed that)! We're ecstatic with the difference this made to the kitchen. We chose the maple which matched the interior of our drawers.
