Great Gels and Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond

I’ve been using UCAN gels for about two years and really like them, especially because I’m careful about my sugar intake. My most recent order arrived with gels that were a little too close to their best-by date for me, so I contacted customer service. After some back and forth, the customer service team truly went above and beyond to help. They checked their inventory, found a newer batch with a longer shelf life, and arranged an exchange with prepaid return shipping. I really appreciated how personally they handled the situation and made sure it was resolved. Great product and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely continue buying my UCAN gels!

I have been using UCAN gels for years and they have gotten me through many races. I like the Edge variety pack so that I can mix up flavors and don't get tired of one specific one. I am a bariatric runner and these gels don't give me any GI issues!
