Absolutely fantastic experience. It was easy to order the photo bracelet and there was excellent communication throughout the process. I was ordering this for a friend who lost her father, and -- how do I describe this? -- I felt cared for through the whole process. It didn't feel like I was ordering a piece of jewelry online. It felt like they were really being careful and methodical about making something special. The bracelet arrived yesterday and it is perfect.
