Personalized Photo Charm

The product itself was nice. However, dealing with customer service and getting them to respond was a nightmare. I paid $10 per order for fast shipping and I recieved both orders a month later. There was no resolution or refund for the shipping I paid extra for and when I finally got a response from customer service there was no apology they simply stated they were busy with other orders.

Not as pictured, quality is blurry, tiny and looks cheap. Cannot return or exchange and takes FOREVER to arrive, way longer than the shipping timeline they provide. Do not shop here
