Buyer beware, customer service is horrible, takes over a month to ship. When i reached out inquring about the delay i was given a garunteed shipping window and it still didnt ship for 2 more weeks. Cannot get money back even though it arrived too late for the gift it was purchased for and the photo quality of the custom item is blurry, small and almost impossible to tell what it is. I wish i googled this company before i wasted my money because the reciews on their website are not accurate compared to what you see on elsewhere online.

Everything came good quality but the package took a whole month to ship out when I was expecting it sooner for mothers day.
