Textured Gathered Sleeve Split Neck Blouse

I always have my dotes when ordering anything online. So I ordered this one size larger than what I normally. Wear, and it actually came. And it was actually bigger than what I expected it to be. I liked the material. I liked the color I liked the cut. There is some gaffe when I at the neckline, but I can fix that

The fit was perfect. The little v in the neck has something hard in it to keep its shape which makes it nicer.

Material has an awkward feel and the V-neck part is a metal wire. Was not comfortable to wear & this top went to the very back of my closet. Really disappointed because i almost always love any of the Bloom Chic tops.
