When purchasing the bike, the customer service was excellent. Thank you Kevin.
The bike is very comfortable and the frame is solid and well built. I have recently completed a short bike trip from Swartz Bay to Victoria and back. The route was on pavement, trails and gravel with no difference in the comfort or performance of the bike.
