Works better than expected. I would have appreciated the option to buy a different spring for a heavier load, but the one out of the box performs well.

Best purchase I’ve made next to the Volt Bike itself. It makes such a huge difference when riding the trails and bumpy asphalt we have on the tri-cities. Love it & worth the money.
