Shipping with day and Ross was terrible, I was told bike would arrive between 9-5 spent all day at home no delivery, took 3 more calls to get a call back to be told bike would arrive 2 days after original scheduled day,

My wife and I just purchased these two bikes and are quite impressed. Three one hour trips and both bikes still showing full charge. Lots of fun ! These are our first E- Bikes. Took approximately a little over a week - what seemed good for the distance — B.C to Cape Breton N.S
