I admit i had to call, email & text a few times but once they finally called back. The service was phenomenal. For me personally, they took care of me, upgraded me for free & got my 2 rugs w/i 3 days once we finally spoke. Stay on them but give them a chance!

Wife didnt like the color (it really doesn’t look like the pic). Merchant said they would issue an RGA and return shipping label. Neither has happened. Shop has been no help. Buyer beware
