The One

I can only give 2 stars based on the following. First, there was a delay in shipping my order as some of the items ordered were not in stock. I only found out after i reached out to them. I was told i would receive a 10ml diffuser for my inconvenience. Then, when I sent a message with my replacement, another email was sent back indicating another 2 items were not in stock. After 4 emails then my orders were sent. Then when I received it, a mystery gift (part of my total purchase) and the additional small diffuser were not sent. So in short, good product but not so good service.

I love the scents! Get the small ones till u find what you love. This is one of my favorites but I definitely mix scents… enjoy

Quick responses from customer service and fast delivery. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, and the equipment was much better than expected. Overall, VERY PLEASED with my entire experience. Does the oil cost a pretty penny? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes.
