Superb Chocolate, Well Worth the Added Expense

This is the first time I’ve written a chocolate review but I thought this exceptional bar warranted some praise. The chocolate bursts with complex flavors upon melting in your mouth and continues to offer layers of earth and citrus. The finish and aftertaste are also impressive with the intensity lasting over a minute. The bar has just the right ratio of bitterness to sweetness and a lovely melt in the mouth.
