My roast was all sweetened cocoa

Good example of natural processed Ethiopian coffee. Natural processing here results in cocoa/semi sweet chocolate flavors accented by smells of berry and raw sugarcane juice. Slight citrusy acidity at the finish accents the chocolate in the finish and red berry accents it at the front. For my roast the fruits were accents but the start of the flavors was big, sweet chocolate.
