Pan was well made. I am new to cooking on stainless steel. Cleaning instructions were very helpful. I bought the cleaning supplies also excellent quality and helpful. I watched a few online videos about how to use a stainless steel pan for cooking. If you follow a few easy steps easy to cook with and clean up. I wish I had purchased sooner.
