Eater x Heritage Steel 10.5" Fry Pan with Lid

Excellent cookware.

This pan has the durability of cast iron and cooks and cleans with the ease of a nonstick/teflon pan-without the risks associated with teflon. I was so impressed, I ordered one for my daughter, and I ordered a 2qt saucepan for myself. Excellent product.

Top notch high quality stainless steel pan with great design

Very high quality stainless steel used in the pan I purchased. Great design. Besides the great quality, you get a professional looking pan. Eater Series Fry Pans

I first purchased the 12” (with lid) Eater stainless fry pan. I liked it so much I decided to also buy the 10.5 Eater series (with lid) fry pan. Both pans are great! They are well balanced and beautifully made. The handles are comfortable and only get a little bit hot right at the junction with the pan. The middle section of the handle has never become hot no matter how long it has been kept on the flame. I use the typical stainless steel cooking technique (heat the pan until the Leidenfrost effect temperature is reached-dancing water droplets) before I add oil and food products. After reaching the Leidenfrost temperature I can drop the pan temperature to medium low or even low and have never had anything stick to the fry pans. I highly recommend Heritage Steel products.
