I figured this Colombia Campo Hermosillo Pink Bourbon Washed was going to be special so I made a Pour Over with my first grind. Oh my Goodness… this was so good I hope I didn’t ruin it for my drip coffee maker. I’ll find out in the morning. Honestly, the roasting within a day of the order and quick shipping (Even if we do live only 1 1/2 Hours from Baronette) guaranteed we got a fresh roast, fresh grind - something you just don’t get verified from any other source! Thank you all for your attention to detail!
