Amazing!

This matcha is smooth and has a lot of umami in it. I have only made usucha with it so far but it’s fantastic and I bet koicha will be life changing. I have had matcha with more umami, but this one feels like I’m on a cloud. It’s an experience you can only get with matcha of this caliber
