Product is great but Quality Control needs work

I love my moisturizer but I don’t think it should have passed QC. The product does not come through the top of the container as designed because the tube was missing. It’s inconvenient to have to open every time to get to the product. I know a small issue but for the price you shouldn’t need a work around.

This is my second jar. Loved the first but this one is burning so I won’t order this particular one but I do love this Somerville line of products.

Favorite retinol moisturizer

This continues to be the favorite in our house - great consistency, works well without being too harsh, and amazing “Orange Julius” scent.
