Goldie Smocked Short Sleeve Dress (Clearance)

I looove this dress - but I followed the size charts and still had to get it tailored for it to stay on. I’m curvy everywhere but especially on the bottom, and the elastic chest and puff sleeves were too big on me to the point where they wouldn’t stay up without alterations. I’ve since had the elastic altered and absolutely love the dress now! The bottom fit great from the start. I ordered a 1x. For reference, I wear a bra size 38F, and typically a 1 or 2x pant and XL or 1x top, both for a comfortable fit (i.e. not skin-tight). I still won’t wear this bra-less because the elastic isn’t supportive enough, but I can see how it would be for someone with a different size and shape.
