Beautiful dress but not for me

It's a shame... I really loved everything about this dress except the armholes. I found the elastic uncomfortably tight—and I don't have particularly "large" upper arms for my frame. I purchased my normal size medium (32DD-27-38) and I also found the bust area was too large.
