Hi, After about 9 months of using Omega I decided to subscribe to Digest, Omega and Move. Shortly I am having life changing surgery but that comes with not being able to eat foods with all the minerals and vitamins our bodies need. By using all three products, my body will receive most of the vitamins a person needs to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Your products are so much better than having to try and swallow 5 different types of giant vitamin tablets to get a similar but not better result.

I really want this to work. In the first couple of days I thought we are onto a winner, but this was short lived. I am a little disappointed that the protein count is so low, I'm having to add protein to the smoothie to get a decent serving. I eat low carb although your product says keto friendly, its pretty hard to make a palatable smoothie, without adding lots of fruit. Your recipes offer limited choices without adding carbs. I will continue to take and reassess once I've used it all
