I absolutely love the smell of this product. It melts into my hair very well but there is no hold whatsoever. Even still you can use it for many styles.

Best Product Around! New Bottles need to be packaged with more care

I have been using Flora & Curl for it feels like 6 or 7 years. Their products never fail to make my 3C curls absolutely perfect but also GROW. I love these products. Now I must applaud the company for taking eco-conscious steps towards their packaging, and the fact that the bottles are so cute is definitely a plus. BUT these are aluminum bottles with plastic caps. My bottles arrived in thin cylindrical cardboard sheaths that popped the caps off the top of the bottles. No tissue paper or anything to hold the bottles in place. Just the two bottles in thin cardboard sheaths, free floating in the shipping box. This led to one of my bottles not working initially. With the help of the customer care team, I was able to get it working again (with a few hiccups here and there) but my point is-- without the pumps for these bottles, you will not be getting the product out. You cannot squeeze out the product anymore because the bottle is made out of aluminum. I have also seen some people say that their bottles were pretty badly dented. I only suffered a small one to one of my products but my point is: these products now need better packaging for delivery due to the nature of the container. I love this company and what it is trying to do, and I believe that this wouldn't be a huge ask or fix. But that's just my two cents on the matter.
