This system leaves hair so soft. I was completely unbothered by the product itself being leave in… I didn’t feel like my hair was coated, at all. Not crunchy, not heavy, jus very soft and with more defined curls. I did not do the process ~ to the “T” as recommended so my curls were definitely less definded as I feel sure one could avhieve. More importantly for me personally, is that there is no chemical or build up feeling. Really cool. I tied my hair back to work a little a few hours later, and my hair felt beautifully soft.

Made my hair frizzy and dry.
