Ballet Sneakers - Navy Blue with Pearls

i wore these shoes twice and they're already falling apart. The bottom black plastic part is warped, wrinkled and peeling. They must be drop shipped to be this terrible of quality. Im going to try and get a refund

Not correct sizing i even sized up and they still are small

My daughter absolutely loved her shoes she was so happy when she opened the package.The customer support is extremely helpful and quick with their responses when reached out to. The down side de of my experience was the EXTREMELY long wait time, we received them weeks after stated when purchasing.
