Perfect, the customer service was excellent. As a guy who doesn’t know much about handbags (purchase was a gift), the saleswoman(manager) was very patient. She showed me several samples & explaned the different fabrics. I ended up purchasing 2 bags because they had a great sale offer & the service was above par. I would definitely recommend, and plan to return.
