Ballet Sneakers - Black with Pearls

Beautiful shoe, I got so many compliments the first time I wore them. I just wish I got a half size bigger because the plastic tip of the shoe does not allow any stretch, so my usual size is tight and the shoe hurts to wear after a while. Their policy for exchange/refund is 14 days so keep that in mind because they will not allow any exchange beyond then sadly.

The shoes were cute but too narrow for my foot, and that was with me sizing up half a size. Customer service was pretty bad, it was so difficult to find it anywhere on their site. When i did find it and kept trying to request a return, the page kept automatically taking me to the exchange page until i put in big letters that i did NOT want an exchange. The worst part!!! They charge $10 to get your refund + charge you for the return label. I wouldve considered buying from them again but the abysmal customer service turned me off comepletely

i’ve been looking for shoes that fit my narrow, high arches but are still cute and versatile; these are it !! i love them so much, they’re so comfortable and cute i’ve gotten so many compliments on them already. thank you !!
