Love the bag but honestly it's because of my loyalty to the brand. This is the first time I have ever had to polish---with a power tool---a purse. But yah, people ain't lying when they say it is hazy, like smudgy hazy. Weirdest thing ever. I tried dish soap and that did nothing, but I noticed when I was drying it off that the *towel* seemed to be clearing it if I put some muscle on it. So I did the straps with a microfiber towel as a test, and holy hell it worked. Problem is, it took real elbow grease and I don't have that kind of time. I rooted around the house and found soft wool buffing pads for my drill (my son details cars) and I buffed off the haze. After allllllll that, the bag is clear. If I didnt have the drill I wouldve used the microfiber cloth and slowly buffed out the bag while I binged a show. That haze puts up a fight but it will lose if you keep at it Now the bag is outside off-gassing. It is potent TELFAR WTFFFF I LOVE YOU BUT COME NOW, FIX THIS BAG
