I'm sleeping much better now that I use this daily. It is well made.

I love it!

I love this purchase; it is better than a half-sized mat alone, in that the neck pillow is really key, and I like that the spikes go the full length of my body. I use it every day, sometimes several times a day. I had to figure out how to get on it, because it is painful at first, so sometimes I roll onto it from my side, and sometimes I straddle it between my legs and let my torso gently onto the surface, adding my legs last. Deep belly breaths help me to relax into it.
