I have only used the product for 1 week so I can't really judge on its effectiveness However I originally took 500 mg of Tumeric in capsule form and I experienced side effects. So I decided to take a lower dose as well in the Liposomal liquid form and I am very happy with not having any side effects. The product taste good and easy to administer out of the bottle I will definitely buy it again as I will slowly increase my dosage up to 500 mg a day

Great but pricey

I absolutely love this product. It is expensive to use between 2 people, though. If it's in your budget, it is worth it. We feel much better only using it every other day (due to affordability and more than one person using it).
